Our Employment Pathways portfolio offers programs that support educational attainment while also offering practical skills and experience to assist in a young person’s journey towards meaningful employment.
2019 APPLICATIONS OPEN NOW
We are now accepting applications for our 2019 Employment Pathways programs. Application deadline: Friday 2 November @ 5pm
We are running an information session on Wednesday 26 September @ 1.45pm. The session will give you the opportunity to find out more about the programs and ask any questions you have.
Our Cadetship program supports young people to complete university and gain the skills for an employable future. It is a three to five year program, dependent on degree length, and one of the most intensive support programs available to disadvantaged undergraduates within the sector.
Our corporate partners support the program by providing an annual flexible work placement (up to eight weeks p.a.). Staff from sponsor companies participate as Mentors, supporting and guiding their Cadet to navigate the world of work. Mentors and other staff benefit from an enriching skilled volunteering opportunity.
