The Doxa Cadetship Program
The Doxa Cadetship Program assists talented young people from socially and financially disadvantaged backgrounds who have demonstrated leadership qualities and academic capability during their year 12 VCE studies and who aspire to complete a tertiary education. Students applying are in their final year of VCE studies and plan to go onto university the following year.
The program also provides students with an annual book allowance, a corporate partner organisation relevant to their degree, 8 weeks real work experience per year and a work place mentor. The program also provides a suit, professional and personal development, tutoring and counselling support if required.
The program is unique and by providing such a range of opportunities and support we have close to a 100% success rate of students completing their degree and gaining graduate employment.
