Fundraise
we need people like you
Money raised through individual fundraising will have an incredible effect on the lives of the disadvantaged young people who participate in our programs. There are heaps of ways to raise money for Doxa.
We recommend that you keep it fun, so we’ve put together a few ideas that give you an idea of what works.

Our organisation is rapidly expanding to deliver more programs, and each year we support more and more young people experiencing disadvantage. We are now one of but a few Victorian organisations that provide programs spanning key developmental and life cycle stages of a young person.
And across our three program portfolios, we support over 8,000 disadvantaged young Victorians each year. These young people are smart and motivated but will have come from challenging life circumstances.
Here are just a few examples of how a corporate partner can be involved with us

Sponsor a Cadet
On top of this, your organisation will benefit from having skilled volunteering opportunities for staff, improved team morale, hitting CSR targets and increasing diversity in the organisation.

Networking evening
Corporate partners are invited each year to a live networking session with Cadets, who receive professional training in preparation for the event. Our partners gain great access to some of Victoria’s best and brightest young minds, many of whom will be on the verge of transitioning into the workforce.

Become a Mentor
Employees of our Cadetship sponsors have access to rewarding and enriching mentor opportunities.
Our mentors reflect very positively on this experience, and the impact they have on the lives of Cadets can remain strong well beyond the duration of the program.
Bequests
There are four main types of gifts you can leave in your will which are below.

Residual

Percentage

Specific

WHOLE ESTATE
This comprises your entire estate and is usually left by those without family or other preferred beneficiaries, or those wanting to achieve something very significant with their gift.
We recommend discussing with your solicitor the option that suits you best.
