In response to the Betrayal of Trust report being tabled in the Victorian Parliament, the Child Wellbeing & Safety Amendment (Child Safe Standards) Act 2015 was passed. Under the scope of the Standards, Doxa is considered a Category 2 organisation. This is defined as an organisation “with limited or no funding or regulatory arrangements with government”.
