Hosting a cadet’s mentored Industry Placement assists our talented young people.
Help young people facing social or financial challenges attain meaningful work experience with a sponsor organisation to develop job-ready skills and build their professional network.
We carefully consider a cadet’s skills and aspirations and the sponsor organisation’s needs and requirements to screen and shortlist cadets. Sponsor organisations interview their preferred candidates and make the selection. Placement timing is developed in consultation with the cadet and sponsor organisation.
Doxa Youth Foundation provide a dedicated Cadet Program Manager to take care of administration and support the industry placement.
A cadet industry placement for 1 student for 1 year or more.
Industry placements are capped at 8 weeks annually.
Funds go to the student as a weekly living allowance over the year
