Our programs support over 8,000 young Victorians each year.

Across every program, we have all sorts of people who contribute to our efforts to make a difference to the lives of young people. From student volunteers to Cadetship partners, people of many ages and backgrounds can become involved in the Doxa community.

Volunteer with Doxa

City & Malmsbury Camps

If you’d like to join a fantastic community of volunteers and be involved in our programs, email us with your skills and qualifications, and we’ll see where we can match you.

assist with administration assistance

From time to time, Doxa host various events or needs a little help with projects. If you think you might be able to help, email us a little about yourself and your skill set and we’ll give you a call to discuss.

Here are just a few examples of how a corporate partner can be involved with us:

Sponsor a Cadet

Cadetship Program Partners play a vital role in supporting talented young people from challenging life circumstances to complete university and gain the skills needed for an employable future.

On top of this, your organisation will benefit from having skilled volunteering opportunities for staff, improved team morale, hitting CSR targets and increasing diversity in the organisation.

Networking evening

Part of a Cadet’s personal development journey is mastering the fine art of networking.

Corporate partners are invited each year to a live networking session with Cadets, who receive professional training in preparation for the event. Our partners gain great access to some of Victoria’s best and brightest young minds, many of whom will be on the verge of transitioning into the workforce.

Become a Mentor

Provide advice and guidance to a talented young person from a disadvantaged background to help them develop their career goals and to grow personally and professionally.

Employees of our Cadetship sponsors have access to rewarding and enriching mentor opportunities.

Our mentors reflect very positively on this experience, and the impact they have on the lives of Cadets can remain strong well beyond the duration of the program.
